If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may apply to return it for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of purchase. Please apply for a return/refund by sending an email to medesa-customerenquiries@outlook.com stating the product name and date purchased. You will then be emailed instructions on how to return your item.

If you receive an item that is faulty please notify us by email with photo evidence within 3 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued upon our approval.

If you need to cancel your order please do so by email as soon as your order arrives. We will email instructions on how to return your item for a refund (less shipping).

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service for your return as we cannot guarantee receipt. Essential oils with a broken seal cannot be accepted for return.
